Carjacking Balance/Bugs

Seems off for the victims to get out of the car then run away with the keys with a weapon pointed at them.  Think it would be more realistic & also more consistent with the expectations for FearRP if they instead tried to drive away without exiting the car.

I think the odds of whichever aggro/flee reaction should be adjusted as most people would just turn over their keys in that situation.  In some cases they might drive away or rarely try to exit the car to shoot it out.  (As an aside, another argument for the ability to shoot from a stopped car instead of being effectively helpless.)

Lockpicking also seems bugged when they flee.  The vehicle remains locked even after a successful lockpicking.  Other nearby vehicles seem to get locked again in the process as well.

I'm also going to add that dead bodies get up and call the cops, it's freaky.

I agree. The changes weren't terrible to handle, but the outcome has been more on the annoying side. I don't think it should always be a walk in the park to steal cars. However before the changes it still was challenging. It already can be damn near impossible to find a car that you need to chop. Then when you find it in traffic, the chances of it driving off or being inaccessible even after a driver exits it are so high it becomes even more of an inconvenience.
My main issue is that criminals only have a finite amount of ways to gain income and stay busy. I know we all can rely on fishing or recycling, but for me I don't want those to be a main income. I play a career criminal. I try to make all his money through criminal acts. It would really be more useful to see these scenarios closer to what they were before. The added difficulty is fine, but like I said before, it isn't overly easy even if they  get out of the car every single time.
If they are getting out of the car they should hand over the keys. Running off with the keys should be rarer than someone getting out with a gun. However I feel that stealing cars is almost more annoying than before. Ill have 4-5-6 cars in an intersection just to steal one car.
