Changes to the dark chat
As of right now the dark chat is unused because no one really understands what its for, So im suggesting we redesign it and give it purpose.
To do this we should remove the dark chat from phones and make it so that the dark chat can only be used if you have a Dark sim card.
To obtain these cards you would get them from robbing houses. These sims would go into your inventory then you would use them on a phone, once the sim is used you will get access to the dark chat.
Now the dark chat will get redesigned into the illegal version of yellow pages. This means that means that people can sell gun, drugs and other illegal item on there but to keep everything anonymous when people text the number on the dark chat then it wont show the actual number so people cant track numbers.
This sim should also be able to be used on laptops to give a reason to use laptops. This could fill more of the screen so its easier to see and look like a laptop screen.
This idea is gonna link with my racing idea since it being legal seems to be an issue (https://senlar.userecho.com/en/communities/1/topics/71-government-hosted-races) so that a group could set up illegal races on here so there wont be as many restrictions.
This idea could be expanded for the supply of drugs.
I can't do this sadly. As I mentioned in the community meeting the phone is such a complicated beast because of all of the features it has that we have used a phone from another developer which is encrypted so I cannot modify certain parts of it.
The part I could do would be limit access to dark chat to people with a sim card, but any actual modification to the apps themselves or how many there are isn't possible unless we get a new phone.
