Government hosted races

This could be done in many ways so that the public who like racing could have something to look forward to through the week. This would be funded by the government so its not coming out of someone's pocket, this means its gonna be fun for everyone involved. The cars that are supplied to races will all be the same so the race is fair.

This would also create a amazing amount of RP for the city as it could involve Mechs to fix the vehicles on the track, Dealership owners as they could "supply" the cars, Weazel News as they can make a report/video about the events, EMS to be on sight in case of injuries and even cops to make sure its kept safe and on track.

These races would have a prize pool of $60k per race meaning that 1st (30k) 2nd (20k) 3rd (10k) these races can have a maximum of 16 people so its not over populated. Having 2 races through the day so it fits the time zone for all people. 8pm GMT and 3am GMT. There could also be a rule that if you make it to the top 3 of the 1st race you cant be in the next race so more people have a chance to win.

This could take place up by the wind turbines as its a low populated place and already has a track there, I have been in city for over a month now and have only just found it. So it will be good to have an event there to promote the different places in city. This could moved from week to week having 4 tracks maybe so that people can put time into the tracks so they have a better chance to win the races.

ive never heard of them? whats there name? when do they host them? do they promote?

also this is legal, thats why police is involved. Its placed in a safe location.

ive now made a new feedback linking with this, to make the dark chat a more usable thing in city, then having people/event team host illegal races with a prize pool could be really fun.

I've seen other cities set up a circuit where everyone uses the same vehicles, something affordable like Elegy Retros, Sanchez, hell even a Blazer league would be fun. The point is to make it accessible to everyone, something entry level but still fun to drive. Pure skill!

Exactly, getting the dealerships to sponsor & get a mass amount of the same vehicles will also give people another way of possibly earning money a legal way if there is a prize pool involved, and a fair chance of winning also with everyone using the same vehicles and it coming down to pure driving skill & luck!
Burgershot or trash person during the week, off roading/street racer during the weekends to make up that extra little bit of money.

Rather than having to & encouraging spending weeks grinding to make enough money to get a half decent car, to even *maybe* stand a chance at winning a race against cars which go well into the 200+ mph. Especially if driving & racing is a big part of what they want their RP & storyline to be.
