I've noticed them on the block by Benny's, sometimes near/ around Grove Street, and entire apartment complex across the road from Bahama Mama's, if this is any help.
Believe an MLO could possibly be interfering with the textures but i noticed it isn't just vanilla buildings, possibly somewhere along the lines a certain texture could of been deleted in a YTD that shares the same textures as other buildings causing it to flash (no texture) other things i considered is that it could even be texture loss with over sized assets or even somehow a texture is being streamed over something the buildings share. Only thing i could think to trouble shoot this imo is disable the add on clothing resource and then proceed to think back to when the issue occurred and disable resources such as MLO's etc and see if the Textures are still flashing. Also saw in another feedback that hats were disabled but i don't think vanilla items would be the issue.
