Cool addition but I think they will be more noticeable in #new-reports where there's less traffis. it fits as in character news

Its just a debug, not a perm feature. Needed to track how often it rained and figured I'd involve the community in it. I'll take it out.

I'd like this too, it sorta spams in general chat currently, would go nicely in it's own channel.

I also like it! Would like Sunny Daye to get his own weather spot IC and report all weather! It’s cool man. Let him tell us temperature too so we know how to dress!
