Forced Fines/Lackluster Payout For Risk

Im just worried that between the low drug prices and the high fines for having said drug that it will deter people from selling all together. Not to mention the bigger risk/time/fines you are chancing by making it. With the growing police force I suggest significantly lowering the fines in general or reverting the drug prices once fines will be force paid. Because why would you get a felony and more cop calls for selling drugs when you can get less time, less calls, and more money with close to no investment lockpicking parked cars. I also feel like having outstanding fines that are force paid and no money to pay it off will just encourage people to leave that character alone and main their cousin. And if that starts happening, there wont be as much solid RP/established stories because people are too busy establishing new/other stories with diff characters.

In addition, I noticed the drug prices weren't acknowledged or talked about yet. With that said, will they be changing along with forced fines? Because between the new system, new fines(?), and just the general risk multiple people take to make the product, not to mention the 40 mins it takes to get off 100 bags. I don't see all that work being worth it for 4k profit for the cook side and the runners side. The cooking crew risks 40k fines each drop per person, similar fines cooking it as well. Don't get me wrong I love selling, its a fun activity. But thats all it is currently. Because people can just go chop 2 parked cars in 15 mins and make close to if not more than the person selling the bags would make in 40. And by no means am I asking for chop shop to diminish, it's the only thing a lot of people are holding on to at the moment. Im just asking that the other criminal methods match the money made from chop.

If its little by little, thats cool. What will the max forced fine rotation be? 5k? 10k? Or will it be divided thru your total fines. I just don't want the day one crims to get hit the hardest just because they were supporting the server longer and racked more fines. Because such late implementation of this system along with the excessive fines people racked up since the beginning can ruin the ecosystem if not done right. And I agree they should pay the fines, but the fines wont exist if the person decided that the fines out weigh the character due to excessive forced fine rotations and flys in a cousin. Also how would it work for people who haven't flew in for a while? Will they just keep racking forced fines inactively? How does that side work of it?

They system will divide up your overdue fines and remove them little by little over time. People did the crimes, they should have been paying the fines.

Ah okay, if it's just time and not many fines that's super fair. Although, I still feel like a review of the drug prices would be extremely beneficial. Mainly because of the volume of people and the risk each person is taking just to make it for people to sell off. I would suggest 12-17k per 100 bags on drugs that require cooks. That way cooks will make roughly 6.5-7k, which I think is pretty respectable. Nothing that will tip the scales, but worth it. And what about the day one criminals with extraordinary fines? It would be tragic to see them go bankrupt from fines and have a cousin fly in because of it. I love the stricter fine system, but how do you guys feel about a general clean slate on fines once it's released? That way people can ease into the system instead of getting hit with it head on.

Drug fines are being reviewed in relation to the recent changes, but... not many fines exist from the time when drug prices were low.
