Car Update Feedback

The Kamacho was absolutely ruined after the update. It tops out at 73mph, the Riata hits 110mph and is much more affordable. On top of the trunk space being only 31 still. Needs a massive change. The Kamacho is one of the fastest GTAO vehicles for offroad and now as slow as a guardian here.

Cars were adjusted in relation to other vehicles and its hard to get every single thing perfect. Its also impossible to satisfy everyone. Please refrain from toxic comments like this or that is "a joke". Respect the hard work that people have put into this please.

As for the pricing, it was adjusted across the board and we have our reasons for it. Not everything is going to be perfect and not everything is going to be even and equal.

I'm making this as completed as the handling team will review and make necessary adjustments based on this feedback.

How does it perform offroad? I noticed a dual-sport bike topped out at about 75mph which is kinda slow but not a big deal provided that non-offroad vehicles don't outperform it.  It's cool if it's limited offroad so long as something like a Ducati or BMW street bike don't still blow it away on a dirt road.

IOW wondering if the trade-off here is that a Kamacho can do things offroad that RWD sports cars can't?

It does fine offroad as it always did. It has good take off in the start, but as speed build you can almost feel it bogging down immediately. It feels like the truck has a choke hold on its engine. Like I said, its originally made to be a fast truck. But the Guardian currently out performs it on a high end. All the truck has right now is take off and then its just trash. Every person i have had test drive it has been saying it is not a truck worth its value. It was 100,000 for it. and I wouldn't bust 50k on it now. It has been slaughtered from what it was once. Before update it was pulling around 120mph. For it barely clearing half of that it really is suffering from the update.

I fully believe that the truck got gutted. There should be no way that it's worse than the Guardian. I get it that trucks aren't supposed to slay the streets, but to be slower than the Guardian is a joke.

Can you please take a look at the Mustang GT and the Mustang Cobra? Those things legit are made for the track and in city they are way to slidey. They shouldn't whip around like they do. I appreciate your hard work too buddy.

They are like that for balancing reasons for price to performance, however I’ll take a second look into them again at the weekend.

Yeah, but i mean the cars handling is legit meant for the track. I could understand the older stangs. And I get for balancing reasons, but that much slide and whip is just too much.

Mentioned this in another thread but I think this approach can cause problems when the price of import vehicles is so inflated.  I understand that everyone driving imports can create server issues but (for example) a Honda Odyssey costing more than a high-end local sports bike does not mean the minivan should outperform the sports bike.

Don't get me wrong as I'm really enjoying the new feel of most of the vehicles I've driven so far & I like the new "ceiling" on top speed that was implemented but I don't think sticker price should be the determining factor in performance.
