Vehicles should have harnesses to equip so you don't fall out of it, they should also not be something that is stock. It should be something that is purchased to be put on in the vehicle.

I need people to die so EMS has stuff to do. So I'm not going to make it impossible. I also want there to be consequences for driving at top speeds. So the system is working as intended and should be much less impactful now that the top speeds have been lowered. You have to be doing almost near top speed to fly out with a seatbelt on now. Some vehicles won't even go fast enough for this to be a possibility.
