Possible SOA Cuts Change

So I was wondering if it was possible to get a few new cuts rather than the one. Currently to prospect with us you are required to do a black vest with no logo.  I only ask because i noticed Lost has the prospect cut. I was looking around and happen to find a resource that would be perfect if we could possibly get that resource over the current one.

Just the option to have more variants of the cut would be nice! On a side note i would like to ask if the cut can be made for women as well as men! As we have a few women members!
