Street Racing

So I was wondering if maybe we could get a illegal street racing scene going. That would include a phone app that would allow people to post races that they wanted to do plus the buy in and the race they wanted to do. Then some people would then be allowed to go in and make races mainly the people who want to control the street racing scene. When making the race it would mark check points on your map and these checkpoints would be determined by the person making the race. Now to keep it secret that way you could keep your identity secret when joining the races and to not have the cops be all down your throat because they found out how to see the races on their phone. either make it password protected that would try to pass around to the racers or put out a device into the server that would allow you to access the app on the phone
