Adding Fake Identification

I believe adding fake identifications would be great for criminal roleplay. I believe it could work similary to drug drops and possibly could be done by either finding "ID Contacts" or possibly a moving NPC that sells either a straight ID or the materials for an ID that could then be constructed in a certain location possibly in sandy shores. This would all be done with dirty money. This would work by entering a fake name on the ID when being given or constructed and then can be used similary to a normal city ID when showing to police or to anyone requiring it. This could make for many situations and should be somewhat rare as to stop them from being over used.
