DarkChat Channels not Character-Specific

DarkChat channels are being saved across characters. I just opened the app and still see channels from a different guy.

This phone is not really made for multi-character fully so this is just one of the things we have to deal with. It's not a bug, just more-so a design flaw or expecting more than it was intended for.

I remember hearing that the current phone script basically can't be edited.  

Would it be possible to move the darkweb to tablets or laptops? It'd be cool for those to have more typical day-to-day type functions.
