Remove the dull grey weather, make it either sunny or night.. maybe throw in a chance to rain every three hour or something.

Maybe it's smog? :) Except that'd be more of a pinkish-brown haze. Def such a thing as too much realism.

I think wet streets would add a cool random difficulty modifier kinda thing for chases or racing too.

Extra sunny FTW! I like the rain too and having it rain every 12 hour or day would be a nice little mix up for people who dont fly in everyday, the grey weather is just too dull for me yeah it may be realistic but its unpleastant to view imo I would much rather it me, Extra Sunny, Night, Rain.

I like the arid SoCal-type climate overall for the sake of immersion but it does rain every little once in a while.  Would be a nice addition & add some flavor +1
