Rumpo Utility Nerf

At the moment in time the Rump Utility is OP and being abused due to being almost fully bullet proof rn.

Remove the speed wobble thing you can get a Rumpo upto 150+, I'm not sure how to remove this though.

Windows less bullet proof. 2-3 shots and the windows break.
