Un-flip Vehicles

Currently when you flip your vehicle over you have to obtain another vehicle to ram your flipped vehicle into its original state.
This can be very frustrating and difficult to deal with if you have no means of getting another vehicle. 


The proposed solution to this problem:

Introduce a command /flip or under your player actions with your F6 key
This command should only be initiated when you are not in a vehicle in order to stop abuse of this.
Once initiated this should start a little animation with a timer. The action could be the "push" emote.
Once the timer is over the vehicle should un-flip.

Benefits

Quality of Life - This will just make life easier
Provides more realistic RP - Rather than just ramming with another vehicle which looks out of place
Mechanic RP - If there is concerns that this may limit or reduce mechanic RP then this ability should only be given to mechanics when they clock in. However, I feel that may be unnecessary.
