Weapon Licence How to Acquire
Weapon Licences to be acquired from COSA Leadership.
The process would be:
Contact COSA > Meet with COSA > COSA review persons past and current criminal offences if any > Makes a Decision > Get Weapon Licence/Don't Get Weapon Licence

-Creates more RP & reward for people seeking to purchase a weapon illegally. More RP & things for COSA & citizens to do
I don't really like people having the ability to get 10K then go to a desk and boom you can now purchase pistols, shotguns, tazors etc rinse and repeat
I know that things are really slow currently because of the rebuild of cosa (which thankfully were on uphill climb back to normal) but since the pd stuff has happen, I been trying to brainstorm some other ideas that will help us keep busy or make it so it doesn’t look like we’re just standing around, i had a few ideas not sure if there possible but just some ideas as well, I was thinking since a lot of people are marrying people In city what if we had the ability to have a marriage license, and we were able to sign it and I don’t wanna say be the person that marries the people getting married, but like we sign the official document or something to make the wedding legal because we already have to do the name change to name change why not put a little more rp related thing into it, kinda like how when you get married you have to update you drivers license, another thing I was thinking was maybe instead of being the licensing being a self done thing, what if the lawyers (including paralegals) had to do back ground checks and actually help them with the needs of getting a license and stuff, also another thing is could we add a fishing license to, this would also help police interaction as well, because we could sell people the fishing licenses and make sure the fisher know the limit of fish there allowed to have per fishing trip, and then the police could start policing that catching poachers(this can wait till more police are hired and stuff just some ideas), also a lot of us have been thinking maybe a % of the transfer fee would be nice and even if it’s a cap on the amount of money we get from a title transfer, so say the transfer fee is 100k and we cap the amount we get at like 10k, or even less of a cap, we all feel it will give people a incentive to actually clock in and try and work up the ranks to of cosa, and the higher the rank the more of a % you get from the transfer, people were also thinking that maybe a defense lawyer and prosecutor would be a super cool idea as we grow more though, like if we’re giving a choice which one we would like to be, we still would work all together but like some people would have a goal to help clients and some to help the state with stuff, and I know fishing isn’t allowed while on duty, but what if we were allowed to fish at like del perro pier, and we weren’t allowed to sell and when we get a call it’s you have to leave right away, there no waiting for your fish to fish fighting, and there should be limitations to what and how many fish are allowed. I think that’s about all my suggestions if I get anymore from any other members of cosa because I reached out to them asking for there input I will forward them to you.
