Organized Race League

I'd like to start an organized race league including a dealership that sells nothing but race cars (rally, drag, stock, etc...) I have a location picked out as a starting point for a dealership/garage, and would use the tracks already in the city. Hopefully a track for stock cars could be added, as well. This could coincide with the street races taking place, but wouldn't involve city roads and would be safer for all involved (including locals..haha) I'd also be willing to help with importing the cars, if needed. Any chance of making this happen?
