Tax charges on cars.

So, starting this off.

After yesterday there is an increase of 7% on cars. related to "taxes"

I've multiple questions.

1. Where do the taxes go?

2. Is there a use for the tax that is being paid?

3. Does this benefit in any sort of way in rp? If so. in what way?

Stating this? Taxes you think? not bad 7%? Keep in mind, this basically made 1. cars useless Or made cars 7% more expensive. With no increase in the economy.

This Is a economy-based server. I understand that. But why chance the expenses, and not the incomes?

Stating this. Economy based. the LSPD is paid by the government Or Taxpayers. (This inflicts on question 1)

Does this mean the LSPD is going to be funded by tax money? Is there any use of the tax system related to "RP"?

At this moment in time. dealerships have to make there own profit. they are not getting paid a "paycheck" 

Or is the tax money going to be used in court cases? to fund lawyers? or perhaps judges? maybe the "victim" at the court case that wins the case gets paid by tax money?

Example: If you buy a 2 million dollar car. the tax amount is 7% , the tax amount in dollars will be 140.000$ (2.000.000/100x7)

That is a lot of money. Where does it go? is it used in something? or does it disappears into thin air?

Also comments where made about people being in the city for 2 weeks, having 500k in the bank. Maybe they are online more often? Maybe they work all the time when they are in the city? No clue. that's for said people with said bank account to tell us.

Conclusion: Is there any use of tax payments in this economy? or is it just a waste of time and money you invest in your car OR rp character?

Ps. I personally feel attacked by the comments that are made towards me. for no reason trying to fix this.
