When lockpicking a vehicle the person that lock picks the vehicle can access the car and get in once but if you get out you can't get back in OR if you are with someone they cannot get in after you do too. Also i feel like the fast part of the lockpick is a little too fast.
The speed of the locking game is variable and it's up to chance. I've watch people on streams get extremely slow rotations for every pin. Having the random option for it to be very fast on occasion adds to the skill check and successfully rewards people with higher reflexes/skill in timing the clicks.
I will look into the mechanics of lockpicking to see if I can get it work better for others and not take double lockpicks which is also being reported.
