Revert changes to Capture The Flag (CF)

There has recently been some changes to the payout for CF and I aswell as other community members have agreed that this payout no longer reflects the amount of time and risk it takes to complete these tasks. There is currently little point in continuing with this task because the pay out is no longer worth the risk/ time it takes to complete, which is a shame because it differs a lot from other tasks. 

I'd like to either revert the payout to what we had previously or have a discussion between us about how we can change this and make the payout worth it.
