Clothing Hats Removed
Bring back hats since most/all of them have been removed :(

I removed them because of the issues with textures. In my painful 8 hours of testing the texture issue removing hats was the one thing that fixed it. I'm still not 100% sure wtf is causing it but if it turns out the hats didn't cause it we can bring them back.
