Waste Management Script Not Working

Hi there, 

Experiencing a glitch with waste management where you start your shift and spawn your truck, you see your first highlighted area, but upon getting there, properly positioning & pressing E to get out and grab the trash, the bin isn't highlighted and you can't actually do your job. I returned the truck because I couldn't complete that stop, got another one, and same issue happened again.
