More Vehicle Kits?

Wondering if the current performance & other kits could be expanded to include working upgrades like:

5-point Racing Seats (nerf concussion fx)
NO2 (zoomies)
Drag Chute (no zoomies)
Paddle Shifter/Transmissions (drift/drag gearing)
Spotlight (GTA has vehicle weapons, could that be an aimed light instead?)
Winch (Using Tow Truck mechanic but has to be attached manually & host moves extremely slow?)

I'm sure a real gearhead could make a better list but a wider variety of kits for racing & offroading RP.
