Criminal Medical Spot

I think it would be a good idea to have somewhere that you could take crims to have medical help other than the government building. I.e Zonah/Pillbox, a spot that you could take them somewhere out of the city where they can have medical help where they can respawn without visiting a hospital.

For example:

A crim has been downed and is detained by police, if they are broke out of police custody but are still downed they would usually have to visit Zonah which would be filled with cameras and police presence, having a sort of unlicensed/corrupt doctor could mean they are revived but not healed (still on low on health) and maybe charged dirty cash for them to be revived.

I have seen this done elsewhere and thought I would suggest it to see how everyone feels about it
