Fake Id's

Like with chop, what if there was a person we could go to and pay some dirty money to and receive some kindof fake ID. It would increase the RP of heist and crim activity since the idea is to hide identity when masked up yet if you rent or buy something it goes under your actual characters name. With a fake id(could last a few days or just even a single day) we could rent or purchase something under that fake name and go about doing crime. Would make investigations better for cops and create fun RP for everyone else involved.
