Tablet/Laptop Apps

This has come up in a few other threads but since the phone can't be modified.. Would it be possible to put some of that stuff on tablets & PC's instead? Better Darkchat, D8 app, weather app, and whatever else.

If an email system gets added I'm guessing it uses one or both devices. It'd be cool for them to be more useful.
