Right now, when you have a vehicle in impound it does not show how much you have to pay to get it out. You have to actually get it out, then look at your bank account and notice how much is missing. It doesn't show in the recent transactions as well.
Would be nice for it to actually show how much you have to pay BEFORE you get it out of impound. Would be even nicer if it would log the transaction in the phone.
On top of that, I feel like the impound fee should not be based on the car’s stock price. Instead, the impound fee should be a set amount based on the crime committed. Example:
- you are in a cop chase, they catch you. your car will be impounded for $10,000 no matter what car it is.
- your car is illegally parked. it will be impounded for $3,000 no matter what car it is.
When the officer impounds he will have to put in the amount himself.
The fact that if I illegally park my lambo somewhere and it gets impounded and I’ll have to pay hundreds of thousands to get it out is a bit extreme for just an illegal park.

All of that is possible but it adds a lot of additional requirements. What I will be doing is changing impound to be a set fee if its impounded for non-criminal reasons. The Police will get a new impound option for criminal reasons that will use the current logic.
