Return of bank trucks? Or other methods to obtain?

Ah bank trucks, the myths, and the legends around those. I was curious to if they will ever make a re appearance? And if it isn't making a come back I suggest adding those bank truck weapons as a extremely rare drop during house robberies (0.2%-0.5%). That way they are still within the criminal world, but will not be seen for around 100+ houses. In addition, having that tunnel dream of getting one of those legendary weapons will give people new incentive to obtain lockpicks and will liven up the house robbing scene by magnitudes. Because right now, most people are just pawning them due to the pawn sales being more profitable than hitting houses due to lack of contacts/illegal weapons at the current moment.
