Unable to punch after using item

I noticed this after last fight night, after I had each person smoke joints and use bandages, they were unable to target and punch until they pull out their gun and put it away, which fixed the targeting; however they were still unable to punch until they ragdolled. I think it has to do with the bug that appeared after introducing the piggyback emote.
