Blaine County Drug Sales - Sandy Shores/Harmony/Grapeseed

I think that now since we have State Police, it would be only right to have Sandy Shores and the surrounding low income areas to become a place to sell drugs. The counterpart to what Davis, Rancho, Industrial, and El Burro are.
These are low income areas and true to GTA's story line, filled with drugs. I think advancing sales to be available there would be only smart now that we have a state wide police jurisdiction.
Why?
Honestly I find it funny to see people from all around the state needing to specifically focus on one part of the city to sling off drugs. Even if you want to be a drug runner from Paleto Bay living the easy life near the water. This would encourage Biker Gangs to be able to hold down areas that would be much more accustomed to their background. Also trailer park characters. I know for a fact there is a group or two based out in Sandy Shores region and they have to constantly be coming to the city in order to do all their business, taking away from the characters they have in my eyes. With the amount TPE does in GTA based out of that area I really feel it would help solidify drug dealing. It would give State Police more reason to be State Police too. Having them constantly around Los Santos makes no sense for them to be State Troopers if they do more work in Los Santos, then they are just reskinned LSPD. This has been asked about before in just the act of having more places to sell drugs. I think it would be very beneficial to a multitude of groups, characters, and organizations by reaching that area out and creating that system there.

No, the north won't be built out until we expand player counts and the PD that covers that area is not in yet... its BCSO.
