Pink Slips
I think we have been through too many systems that really don't amplify reselling vehicles. The system where the dealerships bought it were alright. The lawyer situation made it incredibly bad.
I think cars need pink slips with easy trading. How do you trade them? Through the licensing area. You go to the DMV, set your vehicle for sale, receive the pink slip for it. Whoever you give it to simply brings the pink slip to the DMV and registers it under their name. This would increase the resell market, decrease the stresses of selling, and keep lawyers focused on what they need to do in the city.
Oh and also gives a chance for a used car company to become available to players.
I understand the feedback but we have had people who have ruined stuff like this for us. They are why we cannot have nice things. People transfer vehicles to their other characters through friends and try to be sneaky. That's not allowed, and this system would just make it easy for them to do this again.
