We had this for car dealers for a while and it was abused. So we have limited it to COSA so we can make sure its done properly and the people doing it have no potential to benefit from it. Player counts are lower right now and COSA is being worked on from a dev perspective to give it more attention which should eventually lead to more employees making this less of an issue in the long run.
