Ability to purchase body armor

It would be nice to be able to purchase body armor from Ammunations.

They should be available for anybody that owns a gun licence, like everything else inside the Ammunation.

The body armors should be sold in 3 variants: 25% , 50% , 75% strength with different prices for each.

-> They should be expensive (I was thinking of a price starting at $10,000 for the 25% , $15,000 for 50% and $20,000 for the 75%), as it would make meth the cheaper alternative to them.

-> They would not dissapear after leaving the server / relogging or after a set period of time, like meth does. It will only dissapear after being destroyed.

-> It is meant for people who can afford the extra protection and want to have it while going around the city, just to be sure, as well as for people knowing for sure they are going into a gun fight.

-> They will make gun fights more interesting, more intense, more fun, and last longer.

-> IRL they are available for purchase pretty easily but they are expensive, so they should be the same in the city too for various reasons.

It would be interesting to have it coded as an item if possible, like the gas canister for example. The way the gas canister has its own ammo in the inventory, the same way the body armor would have its % left. We would be able to store them in inventories and give them to other people as needed.
