New Motel Idea

I came across a really run-down looking motel and I think it'd be really cool to do something with it because it has a lot of potential. I'm not sure if this is really needed but I thought I'd atleast chuck it in. What I'm suggesting is that this could be added as a potential motel for people to purchase and live in. Albeit It's rundown and poorly maintained, we all have to start from somewhere right!?
