Think this could make for a fun crew job location.

Load/unload trucks between the mine floor and the hoppers for the rock crusher, others loading a train car at the rail depot. When the hopper is full everyone gets paid. A foreman role operating the rock crusher might be fun too since there's a control panel workstation, but tbh I'm not sure how to make that into more of a mini-game than just pushing a button. Could also be closer to a mascot role that's more about the RP, except recruiting & organizing.

Self-directed driving job like DTCC/Uber but encourages teamwork
Rewards using the radio
CDL or a new heavy equipment license to discourage griefing. They are giant trucks but they're slow. heavy, & have balloon tires
Unique destination with some hardhat RP

The airport or docks could work as well. Airport could involve fueling a plane, driving a luggage train & shuttling passengers to the various parking lots around LSIA. Docks could be moving shipping containers around.

In any case it's an excuse to drive some of the more uncommon vehicles & do a different flavor of teamwork-based job.
