I think it would benefit a lot of people if the pawn shop stock would go down a little every so often, for example phones and bongs are not bought by anyone and therefore they are unsellable. I also think it would be more realistic if this happened.
I agree, with all the new people flying in, public jobs being already as scarce as they are... I think all the pocket items you can get from doing garbage should periodically dip so people can actually sell stuff. Not saying ALL items, just the stuff you can get from garbage, minus advanced lockpicks of course.
I think pawn shops should lose all or at least half inventory every blackout this way we can actually sell things to the shop owners. Everything is always full.
