Using guns inside cars and creating a muscle to check others inventory

Being able to use your gun from inside can increase the gang roleplay in a positive aspect. There is a disadvantage with how long it takes to get out of the car and pull out a weapon while getting fired at. Also being able to check other player's inventory would be a great aspect of gang roleplay because "handing" to each other seems unrealistic.
