Reinforced vehicles

In my opinion, armoured cars for VIPs would be a nice add-on. In default GTA there are some armoured cars that have no weapon options. I thought since we have access to the rampo utility it would be fair if we could buy something like an Armored Schafter or an Armored Baller. Of course, they should be expensive so only people that have a lot of wealth can obtain them for protection reasons, that's why I say they would be VIP cars. Since we can not shoot from inside vehicles I think they would be fair. The transformation could be a pricy LSC function.
