De-Sync People falling out of cars!

I don't really have a solution to the entire de-sync problem.

However I do have a couple suggestions worth trying for a bit in order to see if it helps with the general falling out of the car problem.

-The downed people should have seatbelt forced on when placed into the car. I personally in my entire time in New Chance have never fallen out of a car regardless what speed with a seatbelt on.
-The downed people should have the car crash script disabled for them.

These changes won't resolve the de-sync situations and cars are likely to ping to the location to the person who has a stronger connection to the city but it should stop people from falling out of the car so they can actually be transported to Mount Zonah

Carrying/Transporting body's bugged

When carrying someone and putting them in the car once you start driving they fling/glitch all the way back to where they originally was dead. (No matter how many times you try) then on there screen they just see you crashing into a wall, sometimes even makes your car disappear. This makes it impossible to drive someone to the hospital when ems aren't around also really annoying when your car poofs. Wanted to add that it would be nice to sprint while carrying i get its a little unrealistic but walking is extremely slow and frustrating.

This is a known issue that has been impossible to solve. I don't know why people think seatbelts will work, they will not. The current workaround is to carry them and keep them carried while entering your vehicle. They will not desync then and will arrive safely at your destination. I am hoping that the upcoming major update will address this issue as I have a feeling it has to do with something that I have been working on updating with the new release.
