Key bind for Engine On/Off Toggle

As it is now, the current way of shutting your vehicle's engine off is to press m and navigate to the engine on/off button.  It is a very important feature and one that is used a lot, but it is just a little tedious to open that menu every time. It would be a small improvement to the quality of life for people to just have a key bind set for it that way it would take less time and be easier to use as many times as you need to.
