Fake licence plate/ID

Fake plates should be added to increase the RP for crims as using your own vehicle is a risk on its own so having the option to change plates gives some good RP. You would buy the fake plates for 15k dirty from the black market, it has 1 use and only will come off by an officer removing the plates, blackout or the person who put the plates on taking them off. This could also play along side fake ID's as you can use this in your inventory to hand it to the officer to hide your identity. You can purchase this from the black market too for 5k dirty with 3 uses, if both fake plates and ID are used together then the plates will come back to the name on the ID(could be a custom picked name or generated), This would only last until the "Hands ID" goes away for each use. Also I feel the "hands ID" prompt should last longer as it feels like the mistake of the officer not grabbing the ID in time so for safety of not wasting these the time should be doubled.
