Illegal doctor/more locations to get help

This idea is more ideal for the crims side. Its to have a place to get picked up that is by an "dodgy" doctor and to use  it, it will cost $1000 dirty and will take 5-10 minutes for the doctor to help you. This could be a job for people that have been part of the EMS in the past.  The location can be where these doctors want to meet you and will not show on the GPS. This is to give a fair chance for crims as when in gunfights with cops it means they are stuck waiting 15-30 mins for the cops to finish at mnt zona so you can get helped up. So having that illegal place to get help from means you can get back to RP at a more fair time.

I think the cost should be more like $10k dirty.  You can keep your items but it only revives you and does not fully heal. It should take a full 5 minutes and most importantly this location is a red zone.

I think this would solve some of the problems with fights spilling over to Zonah and the ambiguity as to what is "proper logical RP" in that situation.  With this addition Zonah could be made simply a green zone.  Running there during an active confrontation would be punished as powergaming.

Zonah Hospital:  Public, Green Zone, items confiscated, free, cops asking questions

Dr. Nick's Botox Hut: Hidden, Red Zone, watch your back, expensive but no questions asked

Very interested in how EMS would feel about this as I don't want to deny them well-earned RP, but I doubt they enjoy getting caught in the middle of things.

Definitely something I'd like to see implemented into the city, as a cop character usually we let EMS know if anyone we are looking for ends up at zonah/hospital to let us know and contact us to possibly arrest or detain them.

And as a criminal character things like shootouts on the Yacht where your friend got downed this would be interesting to see so you can get everyone out of charges and all that.

I see why you would up the price a bit to like 5k but I think 10k is a bit of a stretch. 

Also having the area a red zone doesn't make too much sense to me as why would you shoot at a doctors place? and red/green zones are not really the style the server has gone for. 

I also wouldn't want the EMS to feel like they would lose out on rp but for criminals its a lose-lose after a shootout with police. So I think its fair to have this addition.

Maybe "red zone" is the wrong way to describe it but it's meant to be an underground/illegal sort of location, not just an alternative to going to the hospital. If someone is going there it's because they're trying to avoid cops asking questions or someone finding 50 bags of tweak in their pocket.  

The flip side of that is you're also not protected like you would be at a fully staffed hospital with security, cameras, and so on.  It's the basement of some veterinarian's office or something like that so if someone else follows you there that's your problem to deal with.

I think $10k dirty is a reasonable amount.  You could always go to the hospital for free. Using this place instead should come at a real cost as well as the increased risk.
