Taking someone actually hostage

This is just to add to the rp as when doing a store/armoured truck, as the smart thing to do when doing these illegal activities is to have a hostage as a safe way to get a clean escape without shooting.

To have this means that people who are taken as hostage wont just run/mess about to fuck over the crims, so having this put into city could mean that you have a more fun/clean experience when doing these activities.
